Recipe for Savory Pancakes:
For 10-12 pieces:
Ingredients:
- 1 glass Sweet potato, cauliflower, and red lentils
- 1 No.
- 75 g spelt flour type 630
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 50 ml milk
- Optional: salt
- Oil for the pan
Yogurt Dip:
- 150 g set natural yogurt 3.5%
- ½ tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- 1-2 tsp frozen chives (fresh chives also possible)
- Optional: salt
Preparation:

Place the pancake ingredients in a large bowl and mix until smooth.

Moisten a pan with oil and pour the pancake batter into the pan using a tablespoon (one tablespoon = 1 pancake).

Fry the pancakes on both sides for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

Meanwhile, prepare the yogurt dip by mixing all ingredients well in a small bowl.

Serve the finished pancakes warm, accompanied by the refreshing yogurt dip.
Tip: The pancakes will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days and can be frozen.
